SUP - Stand up paddle surfing or stand up paddle boarding is an offshoot of surfing that originated in Hawaii. Newly introduced in Vietnam, it was known only by a few people. In order to popularize the sport, Umove Adventure holds a SUP class every weekend, so that joiners can learn the basic of SUP paddling.
** Be noticed:
- At 13.30, participants get the SUP and equipments at the Umove shop at 117 Van Cao Street and move to the training point in West Lake
- Deposit your ID card or driver’s license at the shop
- Joiners must bring the SUP and equipments from Umove shop to the training point by themselves and vice versa
- The payment must be done 100% before class
- You can switch to another class if you cannot attend the registered one. Umove Adventure does not refund in case of absence.
- 10% discount for the first 2 times of SUP renting
- 10% discount when buying 01 SUP (Equipments are not included).

At the beginning of the class, Trainer will instruct you how to pump, know when to stop pumping, attach the equipments, proper preservation of the SUP, etc. After that, instruction of safety and how-to-paddle will be given, followed by the real training on water. After the session, you will learn to deflate and clean the SUP.
